Las Vegas Is My Kind Of Town!
I didn't get to write about our trip to Vegas. I was going to do it but I think you have heard all the stories.
I will take this second to explain why I love Vegas.
Vegas is the answer. No matter the question. Vegas is the answer. Vegas was built on broken dreams and shattered promises. It was built on loss. It is a giant amusement park for adults. It is a tourist trap. It is no different then Disney. Sure it is filled with whores and people trying to get you to waste your money on silly things that you probably won't remember.
Read that description again and tell me if I'm talking about Disney or Vegas. You can't. Same shit.
The difference? Vegas gives you the option. It leaves it up to you. You can make life changing decisions in the matter of seconds. Things that could potentially change your moral fiber. They could change you as a human. For the better or perhaps for the worse. You can get married. You can lose all your money. You could become rich. You can eat in the finest of restaurants or the shitiest of dives. You could drink yourself to death. Sleep with a whore. Meet the most beautiful people in the world. Contemplate your next move at the wave pool that offers swim up bar tenders and dive in black jack.
That is the beauty of Vegas. It is up to you. You just have to be willing to make a decision. The thrilling part? Vegas will make you live with that decision. Make it fast. If you make the wrong one you may regret it the rest of your life. Make no decision. You may regret it longer.
If your idea of vacation is a camping trip with a cup of joe and your old pal Hemingway. Vegas probably isn't for you.
If you are willing to admit life is short and meant to be gambled away. Nobody will make you feel better. Vegas has the ability to change your life in the matter of seconds. It will do it and comp you a buffet.
Go ahead. Ask any question.
Vegas is the answer.

The Olympics
Watching The Olympics?
I really do love seeing the diversity of the U.S. Team!
Black, White , Yellow and The Flying Tomato!
I look at other countries and they all look similiar.
Not the U.S. and that is what makes us beautiful.
